that video was weird af but im in the same boat as you, if i can drop 20 more pounds id be so happy with where my body is, coming from 300 pounds, im down to 215. Luckily i dont have to deal with the saggy skin side effects of weight loss cause i lost majority of it when i was 17.
My diet is so sh*t, i usually eat nothing during the day and then smoke weed at night, go home and devour every unhealthy thing in my fridge.
I can eat well during the day, my biggest problem is the night time eating, i know a big part of it has to do with the amount of weed i smoke when my day is done, but my friends smoke just as much as me, some are average weight, some are shredded mofos. This and hairloss are the 2 aspects i feel i need to work on mostly on myself, unfortunately weight can be lost, but hair cant magically be grown...
