As long as you do all of this you can drastically lower your calories without going catabolic(eating muscle tissue)Also you should weight train heavy to fatigue. If you miss out on the Flax oil and the protein then you have a great chance of losing more muscle than fat. :-x
I've shredded myself with this and lost over fifty pounds.
It may not be the healthiest way to shred but it's the fastest without sacraficing muscle tissue.
