Tried NOFAP Had Terrible Sides. What Should I Do?

how long did u try no fap for?

I tried NOFAP for 2 days. I noticed about 300-500 new terminal hairs at my hairline and temples, but got side effects too, mainly brain fog, drowsiness, a lower IQ and an urge to believe in god.

Hi guys am 28yrs but am having receding hairline so I went for minoxidil + azelaic acid, barely 2 months into it I noticed that am gaining weight. Should I stop using it or will it stop with time(

No fap is bytheway a great idea! Increases concentration, Self confidence and fapping releases dht levels resulting in baldness ofcourse. Also helped me with my social anxiety. The moment I quit fapping was the moment I felt happier in life and therefore banged alot of chicks no joke. We should all try it I mean why not right?
