Tricomin & Folligen

Does anyone know a good place to get tricomin & folligen (lotion for hairline) for cheap? Ive been using propecia for several months now and my scalp is still very dry and red around the hairline, so ive decided to give these products a go. Also is it ok to use these two things together?
