transplant hair

is there anyway a surgeon can transplant hair permenantly on the head?
ie it doesnt have to grow or anything. alsong as its attached to the head?

Remember, a hair follicle needs blood supply to survive. Think of it as a living organ. It's function is to grow hair, cut off it's lifeline and it will perish.

There are methods out there which implant superficial synthetic strands of hair, but IMO, it's another scam. :shock:
