Transplant 8 Months Ago - Hairline Looks Great, Almost Zero Growth In Crown

what would cause this? My hairline is at a damn near 1.5 to NW2 now (was a 3 before) and looks great but I've seen zero growth in crown and minimal growth in middle. Does this make any sense??


Did he not put enough grafts in crown? I posted a pic right after operation - then the pic "crown" is last year then the other pic is recent. We did 4000 grafts - around 11,000 hairs - he did around 900 grafts and 2700 hairs in crown. I think I have very thick hair.

Have you had an unshaved FUE transplant for diffuse thinning ? If so, it could be that the remaining hair in the crown was weaker than the rest, hence were shedded in the transplant process, but never grew back ?
From the pics provided your hairline can't be seen. You said it was NW3...any close up pics on temples? how is the density there compared to the crown?
