Traction Alopecia From Glue Or Tape

I'm at Norwood 2.5 so I still have a lot of hair to get a transplant which I plan on doing, I just want to wear a system until that happens but don't want to ruin my chances by ruining my follicles with glue/tape. Has anyone on here had traction alopecia from removing your system?

This can largely be avoided by using the right tools and care.

Using alcohol or similar to soften the adhesive can basically turn it to mush and make it gunky rather than sticky.
