Would it be harmful or would there be a bad side effect on using Dr. Lee's topical spironolactone 5% cream and using Propecia at the same time?

I'm using both at the moment and not having any problems. I think it's pretty unlikely to get any systemic effects from the 5% spironolactone cream anyway, so unless finasteride gives you problems, I'd say your ok to use both.

Nah, I'm not getting any sides from the Propecia and minoxidil, but I was afraid that I was pushing it by adding something else to the mix. Have you noticed any difference in your temples? That's the biggest problem that I have right now.

Well my temples were coming in great before I started spironolactone. I only started spironolactone before my decision to use finasteride and I'm going to drop it as soon as I run out because with the addition of finasteride I don't think I'll need it. In a nutshell, I can't verify its effectiveness because I haven't used it long enough. There are some guys here that will say it's been good for their hairline/temples though.
