I've been experience tinnitus recently for the first time in my life. My ears feel blocked, are ringing and click when I swallow. This has come on me after adding topical spironolactone and revivogen to my regimen. Has anyone experienced this and do you think it's one of the treatments causing it?

its probably not even close to being related,

tinnitus can be from a lot of resons - one of them is generally weak immune system, or stress,
other is exposure to high db's for too long,
the effects might kick in way after the event that caused them.

i have tinnitus myself and although its pretty annoying, i found that the best way to deal with it is just try to ignore it,
just keep breathing normally and a few seconds later it'll go away.

There is no treatment for tinnitus. You just need to learn with it.
I am suffering tinnitus for almost 10 years now

Don't agree with that 100%. You can definitely learn your triggers and try to avoid them as much as possible.
Later on tinnitus can cause a progressive hearing loss and in this case the hearing aids are absolutely essential.
The good thing is that all the hearing aid supplies online are mostly very good quality and don't cost a fortune like back in a days.
