As far as I know, there is nothing to be found. I've ordered mine last week and I'm still waiting(I'm Spanish too). Anyway, USPS shipping costs are only 10 USD.

I got mine this afternoon. It took only 10 days, and I payed the cream and the USPS shipping, with no additional taxes.
I'll start using it tonight, and I will report in a couple moths.

I would like to see the companies or someone selling these spironolactone creams to experiment more with vehicles. I question the absorbtion of the typical spironolactone creams we buy that is probably why results are not that great.

Derma rolling should help with absorption though, correct?

I'm thinking about giving topical spironolactone a try.
