Topical spironolactone??

I've tried it, the propylene glycol makes me itch way too much, had to get off of it, plus 2% doesn't do squat. Try the 5% cream instead and apply it to a damp scalp. I would not recommend getting off of Finasteride though, spironolactone is not a substitute for it at all.

yeah i think i might go back on finasteride at .5mg. been on it sun jan 09 with zero results though.

thought spironolactone liquid might be a good thing to add to my topical regime alongside nanominox -ms. On paper its a strong line-up but diffuse thinners like me are playing a completely different ballgame imo

Yeah, I'm a diffuse thinner too, NOTHING has worked for me practically! However, topical Avodart and Propecia at two seperate times have briefly halted my hair loss.
