Im pretty convinced topical spironolactone is ineffective, so definitely finasteride.

If you look through evidence of finasteride and then at topical spironolactone I think the results are pretty obvious which is better. Its pretty simple to say that finasteride is leagues ahead of anything else in male pattern baldness right now in terms of evidence and proof
