Topical spironolactone S5 -- Day Cream vs Bedtime Cream ???

I just received the spironolactone s5 cream available for sale here:

I didn't realize before purchase, but apparently there's also a "bedtime" cream:

It seems that I should have instead purchased this:
http://www.hairlosstalk.com/shop/topical-spironolactone-day-bedtime.html


...from the description, it seems the only difference between day and night creams is that one contains caffeine and the other doesn't... is there any other differences? And does this really have an effect? trying to determine if i should return my initial purchase for the day/night combo instead or just keep what i have.

Don't worry there's not much difference between them , just one ingredient is different. I use day cream before going to bed.
