Topical spironolactone - Can I Still Buy It?

Hi all,

Sure this has been discussed many a time but I am very out of the loop (not been on here for ages) - what has happened to topical spironolactone? I can't buy it anywhere, the link on this site is down and Googling produces nothing.
Am I still able to buy it? (Am in the UK).

Also, is RU now seen as better or the "go to" topical?

Hey Barry I am from the UK and use to buy topical S5 cream, since hairloss talk stopped selling you can buy from Murray Avenue Apothecary but have to pay for prescription first. I use their topical finesteride lotion.

As for RU I last ordered from Kane, the stuff works and is legit, but was more potent than finesteride as I had sides mixed with KB solution. People normally use RU as last resort after trying finesteride and than Dutasteride.
