It is maybe the most potent oral anti androgen but how are the sides when you only use it topical?

Do any of you guys have any side effects using spironolactone ? is it possible that a topical solution would have effect on your endo system?

two or so weeks in no sides, in fact the studies that have used topical spironolactone show no blood levels of the drug or the metabolite. I would recommend using it twice a day and with alcohol as a carrier, as ethanol was used in the italian male pattern baldness study with topical spironolactone

I was considering using spironolactone but I don't want to risk the possibility that the topical could be absorbed into the bloodstream and cause nasty feminizing side effects.

this is extremely unlikely quantum given the studies on the limited amount of studies on topical spironolactone. The same cannot be said for topical flutamide
