nah just kidding any topical anti androgen is unlikely to have systematic absorption to cause those effects unless its RU. Saw Palmetto is a very mild anti androgen which doesn't do much for hair loss from my experience. I would say get on finasteride and ride out the sides til at least two weeks as they might go away
Toms, did you say in your previous post that your off Finasteride? I'm sorry if you can't take it to help/prevent hair loss. A mild anti-androgen that you could try topically that is readily available is Ketoconazole. From my experience, it helped my hair loss a lot. It most likely won't maintain hair but it should slow down the rate at which you lose your hair significantly.
About topical Saw Palmetto, I really doubt that's what's causing your chest pain. It would most likely be from Finasteride. To be completely honest, I wouldn't recommend to stay on Finasteride if you're that sensitive to it and if you're very prone to Gynecomastia. To 'ride out' the side effects could be extremely risky.
If I ride it out, I'm gonna have the largest breasts in my country Seriously, gyno sides are not likely to go away, in the end it always creates gyno if finasteride is continued
