Topical finasteride

What's the general opinion and theory? Pointless or worth it? anyone used it with good results?

thinking of purchasing Genhair's topical finasteride.

Pointless. Another forum poster tried this and took a blood test a few weeks later. His DHT levels dropped by 70% (the same as oral finasteride), therefore any results will be down to systemic absorption.

Cool man, thanks for that. So basically the finasteride doesn't stay local to the scalp but just spreads equally as taking it in oral form does? Disappointing.

Would a liquid work different to a cream do you think?

It's not so much the vehicle that affects the systemic absorption, it's down to the chemical properties of finasteride.
