Topical Finasteride Source With / Without minoxidil

Is there any good affordable sources for topical Finasteride? I have heard of morr - f but buying something from eBay makes me feel sketched. I would prefer to buy it from a business in the United States. Just wondering if anyone has stumbled upon some company that sells it for 30 - 60 bucks a month.
