Pretty much as stated in the title. I can't seem to get a dermatologist appointment soon enough to get a script. Going to get topical finasteride from minoxidil max. Currently on 200 mg spironolactone a day and 1.25 to 1.875 mg of oral minoxidil per day. Also applying 5% topical min with tretinoin. No slowing of hair loss whatsoever so I'm moving on to additional treatments.
Should I keep taking spironolactone if I am using topical finasteride?
