This is topical 0.05% Dutasteride and 0.2% Finasteride together with or without Minoxidil. They can customize for you. No PG, with or without Retinoic acid etc. I found that my scalpel has allergy reaction to PG, Retinoic acid and Minoxidil and they can change the formula for me. I do not know if they do ship outside US.
