Topical Ceti More Than A Year/months ?

There's been a lot of talk about topical ceti recently hear...

I've done a lot of research concerning historic threads to see people who started using it back in 2012,13 + etc.
But never been any update more than couple of months..

So is there anyone using it or knowing testimonial of someone using it more than a year or still using it today ?
