Too much testosterone?

I want to re-raise the issue here, since the other forum doesn't not seem to get as much attention. I've been suffering from serious mental side effects from propecia, and am trying to pinpoint why, and whether there is anything I can do about it.

After reading this report, I was wondering whether perhaps some people with male pattern baldness suffer mental side effects from propecia because they had an over abundance of testosterone to begin with (increasing the risk to their hair and affecting male pattern baldness), and then take propecia, which increases testosterone levels further...leading to the mental side effects I've previously indicated.

Sounds like you're meeting the wrong women. And with an attitude like that, it's no wonder.

I'm sure that 2000 years of male-dominated society denying women even the most basic education has had nothing to do with all those inventions and discoveries you referenced. If you haven't noticed, the academic playing field -- and the fruits it yields -- has been much more egalitarian in the last 100 years.

The increase in testosterone isnt much on propecia, a mere 10% or so. I doubt that would have any effect on your brain.

However, this might interest you, it's about possible mental effects of blocking 5AR2, due to the inhibition of dihydroprogesterone apparently.

Anyway I do attract women, Im involved in a relationship with a rare one, one who is on my intelligence level with an awsome career. She actually makes more money than me, which is extremely rare.

My point is, MOST women are leaches, they contribute nothing to soceity except children. They believe a vagina gives them the right to not pursue a job or dedicate their life to anything purposefull.

Some women are different, and these are the few that have my respect and admiration. Like my mom, and my girlfriend.

Maybe my mom made me this way, she set the bar so high that I cant respect the traditional housewife soccermom. If my mom can do it, and my girlfriend can, ANY women can. So whats their excuse?

This argument began because you were contesting the scientific findings of a woman -- and on what basis? Nothing scientific, merely because she was a woman. Quite frankly, you are the one who is contributing nothing.

Nobody is arguing there aren't stupid women. I'm simply asserting that women are not naturally any stupider than men, and that your evidence to the contrary was merely the result of a program of repression and ignorance dating back to the dawn of civilization when self-worth was measured in physical strength.
