Alright fellas the Finpecia arrived in the mail today and I have been looking at it all day and contemplating its side effects ( a little paranoid ) basically I am 19 years of age and I have begun to notice that my crown has begun to thin out this year, I have some pictures and if you don't mind clicking viewtopic.php?f=11&t=45710 you can have a look at what stage I am at if it may help with regards to giving me advice...

From the research I have done on this website particularly first's success thread I have decided to begin my Finpecia treatment with the following stack:

0.15 - 0.20 (depending how small I can cut 1mg into) of Finpecia per day
MSM - 5g
Fishoil - 6 - 7 Caps a day
Centrum Multivitamin
Vitamin C 1000MG+ per day to make MSM function properly.
Nizoral Shampoo every second night --> I am actually not sure how often I should use 2% Nizoral shampoo.

Please tell me what you guys think regarding this basically the main players in the stack is the finasteride and Nizoral the rest is just to supplement my hairloss battle as from what I've read.

Does Nizoral cause mass shedding like Minioxidil?

Can I incorporate Tamoxifen into the stack to prevent Gyno from forming?

Don't know better you ask derm about propecia on your age. About the sides don't worry to much most of the sides will get also from cigarete smoking. The good thing is that if you get sides they will gone for period after you stop taking the drug. So it worth giving a shot ;) If i was at your age will give a try maybe to topical spironolactone to 'hold' my hair loss problem until i get little more mature

Hey I am open to suggestions like this mate, I really don't want to be taking the pills but there is not much out there that works as good as finasteride, can you tell me what spironolactone is or link me to something about it?

TOPICAL spironolactone (not oral) it's stronger thing than finasteride but taking like pill it's really dangerous, applying topically have benefits without side effects. I will also add tricomin and minoxidil, thesethree seem ok for your ages, maybe on 22 will think about finasteride. But no matter what you do don't forget to consult with your derm ;). About topical spironolactone you can get it from minoxidil.com also there are nice minoxidil solutions

Does spironolactone stuff cause shedding, the only thing I hate about minixodil is the whole shedding phase :(
I hear it gets pretty bad...
