To get a 0.25mg dosage from Fincar...

I'm planning on starting to take 0.25mg of finasteride due to cost retraints (I've also seen the study where 0.25mg is effective). So the plan is to buy from Inhouse pharmacy and then to dissolve 5 mg tablet in 100ml of vodka, and then take 5ml of this solution (Rather than try to cut it 20 times!). So just a few questions

1) Would this work, alcohol won't interfere with the finasteride and it will dissolve?
2) I'm based in the UK, can you use a Maestro debit card on the Inhouse pharmacy website?
3) Any reason why I shouldn't do this?

just buy finpecia and split it into quarters.

Yeh, I may just do that. I had concerns than Finpecia pills would be too small to cut into 4, or that the finasteride in the pill wouldn't be evenly distributed, but after searching I think others do it so should be fine.


So, do any UK users know of any pharmacy's that accept Maestro debit cards or will I need to upgrade to a Mastercard?
