I recently decided to quit finasteride due to some sides thay I didn't feel were worth the extra hair.. it's day 5 I'm off finasteride and I have to say I feel alot more tired than usual... is this common and does anyone know if my original energy levels will return with time.. I go on vacation in 6 days and I Really hope my energy levels don't stay this low! If anyone experienced anything similar please share some advice or your personal story. Thanks! :)

I came off it after two weeks and felt zilch. Regarding your concerns I've never heard anything like it and I dont see how propecia could do it. I'd see other reasons.

I'm coming off after 5 months (3 months at .5mg and last 2 months at .25mg) I mean I have no issues with erections and sex drive is through the roof (just like pre finasteride) but I have to say getting up in the morning is harder than ever right now.. now that I stopped I look back and don't know wtf I was thinking continuing finasteride after getting gyno in the first month...

People don't believe it but when I was using .5 religiously it did effect the depth of my voice (I always get compliments on my voice when I talk to girls on the phone or when they first meet me in person) and I hated it... the side effects of finasteride won't stop you from everyday life but I did notice little changes in myself... anyways in the end finasteride doesn't end hairloss and I'm not willing to risk my quality of life for something temporary.. and one thing thay hellouser wrote stuck with me. "Men who aren't balding have the same dht levels as us".. I think manly men (very hairy, deep voice, aggressive personalities, leader qualities) feel the difference of life on finasteride and off it.

I'm sorry, but this shouldnt be coming from the guy who claims he has no sides.. despite having to no fap in order to achieve normal erections.

Your body will adjust, give it another week or so - DHT levels will go back to normal. If it persists, it's not related to finasteride. Could be obesity, anaemia, depression/anxiety, stress at work/shift work, sleep patterns, exercise, placebo. Most likely issues.
