I've read here that the general belief is that it doesn't matter what time you take your daily dose, but I wonder whether that is really true. This is because testosterone and DHT levels show daily variation, with levels greatest at 12pm.

Given that finasteride has a half life of approximately 4-7 hrs, does it follow that a morning dose ensures that the midday DHT spike is evened out?
That said, people have plenty of success with finasteride taken in the evening.
