time for hair regrowth.

Hi all.
Can someone with experience tell me how much time it takes for a hair to grow from being small and thin to a standard size hair. I ask because i have developed lots of little black hairs almost down to my original teen hair line, but i'd like to get an idea of a timeframe if they where to all grow back to full health.

excuse me how could u manage to have your teen hairline almost back?
With propecia or minoxidil or both ?

like i said, the hairs are very small but they are there.
