It's difficult to tell from the pictures you've provided. I would advise, like I do to everyone that's new and comes here looking for outside opinions on their hair, to hold off on treatment until you know for sure that you're actually balding. There's no need to go start a fire when there's nothing to burn. Seek out a professional opinion from an established hair loss doctor/dermatologist. They have the all the tools at their disposal to test for miniaturization of hairs throughout your scalp. If you are balding, you've caught it very early, and they'll have a pretty good idea of the pattern that you'll bald into, and thus can more effectively treat. As much as everyone on here knows about losing hair, there's nobody that can say with absolute certainty that you're balding from three webcam photos.

I actually think this one might be receding. However compare yourself to your Dad's hairline, or other male family members. If they still have all their hair and a similar hairline to yours you are probably safe.
