32 years old. About a Norwood 2.5. Got on Propecia five and a half months ago (March 1) with the hopes that it would help me to strengthen and keep the hair I still have. I think it's a lot less easy to see my scalp these days (I have fine blonde hair) and so I think the meds are doing what they are supposed to. But as of yet I haven't seen any progress on the hairline front. I know I'll eventually want transplant to bolster my hairline, so my question is how long would you recommend waiting from starting meds to going for a transplant? The reason I ask is that I have three weeks off work from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Is nine months on Propecia long enough to consider a transplant?
