You need the normal range for the lab that did your test to be sure they fall in their normal range.

For most people if the TSH is normal (yours seems to be) then there is no thyroid problem.

the normal range for TSH is between 0.3 and 3.3 ...though i read on HLH a tsh above 2 isnt good..its the other two values i'm not sure about..

If the tsh is slightly higher than normal (as it seems to be) you might be developing hypothyroidism... T4 and/or T3 might be expected to be low. Those reference ranges can be checked with the physicians office to see if they are in fact low (to corelate with the increased TSH).

There is some debate about the benefit of treating this mild degree of hypothyroidism, but some doctors would treat this... Another option would be to recheck results (in addition to anti-thyroid antibodies) in a few months to see if things have normalized (may have been temporary or lab error) or progressed to a level that is more significantly low. Because there aren't always clearly related or severe symptoms this range is often called "subclinical hypothyroidism." Synthroid might be started, with dose adjusted periodically to keep the TSH in the normal range. http://www.aafp.org/afp/980215ap/adlin.html

?What did your dr. tell you about these results? Were they going to start treatment or recheck in a few months?
