Thoughts On minoxidil/nizoral + Topical Dht Blocker?

im 23 and noticed my hairline thinning at temples 18 months ago. At first I thought I was crazy but over this time I r kept a close eye on it and am 100% sure my entire hairline is thinning. It's working it's way into a similar pattern as Lebron James but it's still in it's early stages.

I want to take action.

Today I am starting foam Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo but I have been too afraid to take finesride due to possible sides.
Can I have success in stopping or drastically slowing down my hairloss with minoxidil and nizoral WITH a topical finersterade instead of oral?
Any thoughts? What is a good topical dht blocker if there are any?

i also have the exact same as lebron coming, welcome, the answer is it depends, you can reverse it JUST with minoxidil, or it could do nothing for you, some people get good result just with minoxidil and nizoral for years that's all i can tell, you'll be lucky or not it varies wayyy too much.

and for topical DHT blocker, i'm also interested.
