Thoughts on dutasteride and where to buy

So I'm just 2 months shy of my 1year mark with propecia. Nothing has changed during the year (not for worse either). But if nothing radical happens during these last two months I'm thinking about switching to Dutasteride instead which seem to be more effective. Thoughts on this? Were also thinking about minoxidil at one point but its just too much of a hassle.

I'm 26yo. Think I'm about NW3-4. Might have been loosing hair for as long as 5 years but I only noticed it about 1-2years ago.

Also, where can I get the stuff cheaply? I live in Sweden and it cant be bought here.

For genuine Glaxo dutasteride the Swiss based Merlonipharma - http://www.merlonipharma.ch - are the cheapest I've found, with 90 capsules delivered to the UK for a mere 140 Euros.

But as I've said elsewhere on the site, they don't have an all-in-one ordering process. What you have to do is complete this form: http://www.merlonipharma.ch/sme_form_eng.php and they'll e-mail you a price. Unfortunately there's no secure section of their site to pay by credit card, just another form to fill in: http://www.merlonipharma.ch/cred%20card.pdf which can be e-mailed (safety?) or faxed back to them. I don't know if this is still an option, but in the past I have paid via a bank transfer - which is quite straightforward if you've got an online account that handles international transfers.

That your hair hasn't worsened in the past 10 months at least shows that propecia is working, even if it hasn't produced the regrowth you're after. Impossible to say how beneficial dutasteride's further reduction of DHT will be for you, but my own experience is broadly positive - even if it's not worked the sort of magic at the front that I'd hoped for - and the hair-count studies do support its Propecia besting status. So, in a nutshell, results over-and-above Propecia's are likely (if you're patient) but don't expect to see a miraculous change.

Are there any places in Europe to order brand name dutasteride that are easier to order from then the weird .ch one? I've always ordered my propecia from qhi.co.uk, but they are relatively expensive for duta (about 60 euros + shipping per 30).

Thanks in advance!
