Ok Im very cofused as to what I should use for dht inhibitation and scalp health there is so many products can someone help me out....I was looking on this site at stuff like crinagen,folligen,revivagen,trico,spironolactone,nano,xandrox...my head is spinning I dont even know where to start. I am already taking propecia and use nizoral...just wanted to add something else but not minoxidil quite yet....thanks fellas

You're not just confused, you're silly! Silly I say!

Forget about that smorgasboard of unproven and/or expensive treatments, and start using minoxidil! It's the most proven, most likely to improve your results and the cheapest option. If you don't want the hassle of applying twice a day, just use once per day. I'd do that before taking a chance on any of the other products you mentioned. But then, I am biased, as my minoxidil results have been superb!

BTW, you already have the dht angle covered with propecia.

Scalp Health - Folligen. T/Sal Shampoo.

DHT inhibtion - spironolactone, it's the undisputed champion.

I would tend to agree. Either Revivogen or Topical spironolactone Lotion. Or both if you really want to kick some DHT ***.

is spironolactone only for temples? or only for frontal hairline? or the whole head. also how much is it roughly and where can it b bought. thanks.
