I have seen many like these here in the city.

I remember this from "LOST" but his strip scar looks good. The borders are well defined and there is no ridges like some we see from staples. All in all strip still has it's place for higher NWs and the yield is still superior.

Hopefully, HM will someday cause all of these conversations and debates to be obsolete.

That is why FUE is the way of the future and strip should be obsolete.

i dont see how you can say that.

you get more viable hairs per area of skin removed with strip.

a good surgeon can make the scar basically invisible.

for anyone who needs a lot of grafts FUE will not be the better cosmetic option scar wise, it will look like you took a shotgun blast to the back of the head.

if you are just getting a bit of teh hairline filled in, FUE may be better choice.

for a big rebuild, strip is by far the better option.

He has no clue that's why. ;)

Even in the hands of a good surgeon, there will be a long scar across the back of you head that you will have to live with for the rest of your life. You will never be able to completely shave your head even if you progress an extreme degree of hairloss. With FUE you only need very short hair if any at all to cover it up.

FUE is a much milder procedure. There is less recovery time, less pain, and less risk. Only disadvantage is the length of the surgery.

I don't know much about the skin to hair graft ratio differences between strip and FUE, but i'm not really sure it is that big of a deal.

The only advantage strip has over FUE is costs.
