Thinning while using medicines for one month

Hello. I use topical fina and minoxidil for 1 month. Today i saw some pics from 2 months ago and i realised that i continue to lose hair. Is it the shredding from finasteride and minoxidil or the medicines dont help?

It takes 6 months to a year to see results and yes, there is shedding phases when you are on finasteride.
