As the title states. I have not noticed any recent hair loss, or shedding at all, and my hairline hasn't moved at all since at least 18 years old (my temples have always been slightly receded since then).
Still, I like being vigilant, and I feel like my hair density looks like sh*t to some extent (though I'm not sure it looks any different than it did from a couple of years ago either). I also had a minor hair pulling habit I've killed, though I'm doubtful that has had any real effect.
Context:
Mother's Side: Unknown; generally thinner hair I think.
Father's Side:
Father - 63, NW2 hairline at most; only age-related hair or diffuse thinning at worst. No developmental pattern of hair loss.
Uncle - 50, NW4/5; only gradual hair loss over a decade or so from NW3.5/4 at most.
Father's Father: unknown; maybe a thin NW2A?
Father's Mother's Father (deceased): NW3/NW4
