Hey Everybody,
I'm looking for some advice as I feel I'm really starting to run out of options here.
First, let me give you a quick rundown of my background: I started losing my hair right aound 14 or 15. I seriously must have the worlds worst hair genetics with all men on both sides being completely bald. At 17, after I started to get desperate, I started on the liquid Minoxidil 5%. I had incredibly great results from it and got comments on how thick my hair looked. Along the way, I also switched and started using Nizoral Shampoo and switched over to Rogain foam instead of the cheap liquid type.
Well, I'm now 26, and I've thinned considerably (which is to be expected) but in the past 2 months, its started to get significantly worse. I am a diffuse thinner, and now my hairline has moved back even further and thes scalp is getting visible all over.
My question for all of you is what to add next? The only thing I do not want to try is Finasteride and other systemic DHT blockers. I ordered Folligen spray and also started taking vitamins and EFA's everyay. I am a very healthy person and i had been exercising for about an hour and a half every day.
Any incite or tips would be greatly appriciated! Has anyone else out there overcome their minoxidil resistance without Finasteride?
