Thinning At Crown While On Propecia (month 6)

I have started Propecia 6 months ago, taking it twice a week (1mg x 2) as my dermatologist recommended. The reason be is due to the natural low levels of DHT in my blood. I have experienced a 40% decrease in DHT after taking two blood tests, 5 months apart while on Propecia.

At the start of the treatment, my shedding, at the crown area, was at 34% (hair pathology test). A few weeks ago I re-did the hair pathology test and found out that the shedding has reduced to 20%. I even notice less hair falling out in the shower. It was around 200-250 hairs 6 months ago and is about 100-150 hairs now.

Given the positive results, my hair at the crown seems to have thinned compared to what it used to be around a year ago. How long do you think I should stick to Propecia until I start seeing some regrowth?

We require pics to compare. Can comment on the further thinning merely by words.

I have not got before pictures however here are some pictures of my crown now. 6 months ago it was probably around 10-20% better than it is now. Also the crown area sheds more hair than other areas of the head. Does this mean Propecia is working? Should I stop as it's been 6 months now??
