Are you thinning at even sides? How old are you Did you have any family history of hair loss? I do have same problem thinning all over it is so aggressive with in 4-5 months I lost so much hair. I would say go to hair transplant doctor and have scalp analysis. If you have male pattern baldness then I don't think you will loose hair at nape of the neck. Don't waste your time by going to dermatologist which I did and wasted so much time in figuring out I am Iron deficient. I have to schedule an appointment with hair transplant surgeon now to have my scalp for biopsy. Find the root cause quickly before using any medication. Best of luck.
