Thinning 21 yr old needs some advice

Hello. I'm 21 yrs. old. I still have hair, but I notice it is thinning out. At this point, it is thinning out more than I'm comfortable with. I want to take care of this before it becomes a serious problem. I thought about using the common rogaine; however, the rogaine box suggests I should not use it because my hairloss condition is not as serious as the picture display on the box (the picture shows baldspots and I don't have any baldspots). Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?

Dont worry about that picture if u are thinning use rogain... If you got pics post em up
