thinned eyebrows

I am diffuse thinning all around, top, back, sides, and so has my eyebrows could this be male pattern baldness related? Can it be Telogen Efflevium and not male pattern baldness?

it kind of does sound like Telogen Effluvium because you are thinning on the back and sides, and not just where male pattern baldness would be. may want to get it checked out
