Thinking of starting on topical treatment

My hair has thinned all over on top, (weird thing is the left side on top of my head has thinned out big time but right just slightly??) am looking into buying rogaine or whatever other topicals that are available at a cheap price but also effective, also how often do you need to use? and once in your hair how long to you can wash? , im in Uk btw, many thanks

Which is better out of foam and liquid as i am reading the forums, people are stating foam to be better, i i think its called 'diffuse' thinner as my hair all over is thinning, lost alot of volume, especially on left side, im looking to thicken this up or maintain, any help is much appreciated

If you want something easy and cheap you can do

#1
- foam morning
- liquid + 5% spironolactone night

#2
- foam morning
- liquid + copper peptide night (folligen or tricomin)

It will aid in for some years but if you want to keep your hair for a long time you will need some more potent ones like RU/CB.

1)What cheap foam do i buy? are the cheaper company foams still good?
2)same with liquid & spironolactone, should i buy cheapest ones i can find or are they rubbish?
3)what is RU/CB??

1. i dont know what you mean when you write cheap foam companys. I thought that rogaine patented the foam thingy so they are the only one being able to sell minoxidil in foam version. Ebay got cheap original foam sellers

2. A cheap liquid is kirkeland and it use a similar vehicle as rogaine. It is good. As for spironolactone i only know about the one sold on this site and minoxidil.com. Both are relieable
