Hello everyone,

I've been recently thinking of going to Turkey to do a FUE transplant. But I think that it might be too late for me. I don't have a regimen and I think I've already lost too much hair to get back any good density. For the past 6 years I've been shaving my head and I feel comfortable with that, but every once in a while I wish I had my hair back.

Can you please have a look at the photos and give me your brutally honest opinion?

Also, if you think that I can get a successful procedure, can you recommend doctors in Turkey?

Thank you,

They could reconstruct a hairline but you would not get total coverage. You need to try finasteride to see if that helps improve your scalp.

If his balding progresses then what does he do? Cant bank on finasteride as people get sides.

I don't think you'd be a good candidate with the way your hair is now. Very thin and you would need a ton of graphs. I actually went for a consult today and they wanted $8000 for about a quarter of what you would need.

I did my hair transplant over at Megahair trans. Here is a pic of me. I would definently recommend a FUE. It is pretty cheep as well.

wow, where did you get that?

Leonard Hair. The way they do it is they take a strip of hair and whatever they get out of it they transplant. They say the low end is 1000 graphs and the high end is 200 graphs and most people fall in between somewhere.

I don't have a situation. I don't intend on doing the surgery because I imagine everyone is in that ball park as far as pricing goes and I don't intend on leaving the country to get the surgery

Your donor doesn't look strong enough, I think you may end up spending a hell of a lot of money and being left disappointed. Perhaps a piece or continue with the head shaving.

Of course donor not look strong enough, the hair is very short u cant tell so early..even on nw1 it looks thin, when shaved very short.Problem is large bald area,it cant be covered whole, unless they also put some beard and body grafts there. Also propecia Will not work, because he has no hair to thicken up in front or top.
