Thinking about giving up. Regimen isn't working.

So for about 4 months now I have been doing a regimen of

1) Rogaine Foam in the morning. followed by

2) spironolactone Cream 10 minutes later

3) Rogaine Foam at night followed by

4) Revivogen night serum.

Shampoo I use is Revivogen.

I have BARELY any change. Hair grows a little bit more but in the grand scheme a lot of work for sh*t results.

I guess I'm keeping what I have but even that is questionable.

I'm all tapped out of ideas and getting tired of this whole BS circus everyday.

4 months isnt enough time. u need to give it a year.

that said i used a regimen for 2 years with no results so i gave up.

reality is nothing really works well. male pattern baldness is a mystery, despite all the experts and theories, nothing works wells.

Add finasteride. It's the #1 way to keep the hair that you have, and possibly regrow some.

4 months is nothing man. I've been on finasteride and Rogaine for roughly a year now and only now can I say I've seen some definite improvement. It's not a very hard regime to stick with and when it becomes routine you'll just forget about analyzing your hair loss and enjoy life and the results will come eventually.
