Thinking About finasteride/minoxidil (advise Needed)

Hey,

Was wondering if anyone would be willing to offer advise on my current hairline situation. I'm thinking about finasteride or minoxidil, but would love feedback prior to seeking one of these out.

Maybe I'm over exaggerating and too in tune, but I've noticed around once a week I have a decent shed - 30ish hairs on my pillow and a decent amount on my hands after a shower. This isn't everyday however - seems like after a rigorous workout and is more noticeable the longer I grow my hair. I'm not sure if this is significant.

Truly appreciate the help. It's not easy to talk about this to friends/family and equally difficult self evaluating.

Take minoxidil for 6 months along with biotin and vitamin supplements, and if things don't improve, give finasteride a go. You still have very nice hair, so no need to risk side-effects.

minoxidil is a waste of time, you want to apply that stuff every day for the rest of your life for like 10 additional hairs? No thanks.

I cant even tell if you are balding. You look like you have perfect hair to me. But if you are I would do finasteride only
