..to begin this summer. I'm a NW2+ receeder and am thinking about trying the following to stop the recession and hopefully regrow at the hairline and temples. Let me know what you think:

INTERNALS:
1/5 Proscar
Omega 3 Supplement
Multivitamin

MORNING TOPICALS:
Super Zix
Minoxidil 5%

EVENING TOPICALS:
*NewGuy Homebrew
Minoxidil 5%

SHAMPOOS:
Nizoral
Nioxin

* A homemade aloe-based gel to be created using a mixture of spironolactone, Finasteride, Dutasteride, and Green Tea powder - along with a penetrating agent.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Is this just going too far? Any suggestions as far as the homemade topical is concerned?

dude what is your current regimen?
I wouldnt recommend that you start ALL that at once. What if you only need finasteride? Then you'll be stuck with that beast of a regimen because you won't know what is working for you and what isn't.

Have been using the Big 3 since the beginning of January. I have lost a significant amount of hair during this time.

Newguy - from January to mid April is certainly not enough time in which to gauge the effectiveness of a regimen.

Give the big 3 another 8 or 9 months. In 12 months you should know whether it's effective for you and potentially save yourself a lot of topical mess and hassle.

See my regimen - over 3 years on finasteride, minoxidil once a day. I recently have upped Cu peptides.

Give it a chance.

My hair looked like sh*t at the 3 month mark. Give it more time. Be patient. Hair loss is a gradual phenomenon, so it follows that the road back home is long and winding also.
