Thining Hair And Greasy Hair And Itchy Scalp

Every day when I comb my hair or look at myself in mirror I can see my scalp does not matter if I have the light on or off. I can see through my and see the front part of my scalp. Also have a few red dots in the front of my scalp that have been that have been giving me an itchy scalp whenever I wear hat or rub my hands around my hair and my hair is always greasy.
