6 months ago, I started noticing hair shedding. I was instantly alarmed. I never use to shed hair, but now was shedding 200+ hairs a day. I immediately thought it was Telogen Effluvium, and indeed it appeared to be Telogen Effluvium - one that 6 months later, has ended and I still haven’t had any regrowth. I’ve already started to buzz it.
tell me your thoughts and what I should do. A hair specialist, via a microscope told me I am only actively miniaturizing at my right temple, but I think it’s over for me. Already have the NW7 pattern.

anyways,
Here’s before the shed:

here’s 5 months into the shed, just before shaving:

Here’s after shaving:

here’s a hairline comparison:

Can’t try finasteride. My current regimen is:
PRP, LLLT, Essential Oils, Dermarolling, Zix

am I destined for Norwood 7?
Family History:
Fathers side all NW2 and less.
mother’s side all were NW0, then go bald after 40 (only one uncle), grandfather went bald at 60.

for those of you who know, here’s a pic of my microscope results:

I did not believe this would happen ever. I don’t care if I’m bald at 30. But I’m 20, and it’s all over. My beautiful hair has all fallen out.

Yeah your hairline definetly thinned out, but I don't see a NW7 pattern in the post shave PICs. If you say you feel It I believe.

Dude, I had similar hair like you. It's been going on for 3 years now. I get these random sheddings and after a few months they stop on their own. But there is no regrowth. Do let me now if you figure out what it is.

It looks like that, because your hair in there is angulated at higher degree. Its normal to see scalp there, even if you never lost any hair. Its hard to tell if youre thinning. It would be the best if somone measured density in diffrent areas of your sclap, and see how many hairs are miniaturised.

How can I do that?

I visited a hair specialist, and she told me it’s stress induced shedding and the miniaturization is happening at the temple. I wasn’t balding at my crown. But it appears otherwise now. I’ve found the cause of my Telogen Effluvium and working diligently to overcome it.

Here are some pics taken from a far. Am I destined for Norwood 7? How many years do I have? I’m only 20, and 6 months ago I couldn’t go for a walk in the park without my hair falling down to cover my vision. I might be the most aggressive balder in history.

youre only losing your norwood zero/juvenile baby hairs... you're overreacting that you will be a norwood 7.
