Thickening up the forelock?

I used to have a strong thick forelock that helped cover the thinning around and behind it. After 10 years on finasteride and minoxidil it has really started to thin.

Any suggestions on what I can add to beef this area up?

Popular theory (and some evidence) is that if the drugs aren't working there, then hair transplant is probably the only option; that said, I think there are some claims that Dutasteride has had some some positve results in that area though.

In my own case, despite getting great vertex / crown results, my hairline and temples needed a transplant.
