There are many questions about baldness. The first of them is what's the purpose of being bald ? What does it serve ? I don't believe in evolution (don't attack me), but to be open minded even from an evolutionary view this isn't an evolution at all. The hair = more attractiveness, hence more mates and more humans, survival.
Who was the first man to go bald and why ? And if so, was it a genetic defect which has been inherited for hundreds of years until we poor souls got it, or did it affect many people at different times ? If so, what was the reason and how did this happen ? It's actually funny that we're trying to cure baldness without mostly know anything about it. We don't know how did it start and why and what's the main reason and when did it happen or anything. We just know that DHT attacks the hair follicles and in a few years you're a cute, shiny NW7, but is it that simple ? You can't solve anything if you don't understand it. And we don't even know the "baldness origins", we just know simple information, sure it's very important and has helped us until now to develop more effective treatments, but they're not enough to cure it completely. I don't claim to be fully known of everything, so if i'm ignorant with this, educate me. I'll surely appreciate it.
